The guy I talked to was helpful, and very quick to hop on Zoom and show me exactly how to do what I wanted. This is exactly what customer service should be! My only complaint is that the birdeye embed feature doesn't offer horizontal scrolling of cards, only the vertical scroll which I think is bad UI. We've had it on our website and it makes it too hard to skip the dang thing. You try to scroll further down the page, but instead you're just scrolling further down the reviews. A horizontal scrolling set of reviews would be an easy fix to this UI problem.

A consistent and inexpensive option for gaining reviews Pros: Easy to automatically request reviews from customers without staff involvement. Cons: The Webchat function is pretty lacking, since it has a lead gate built into it. Also, the API integrations are challenging to set up. Overall: Decent. Not outstanding, have had a fair amount of obstacles getting it set up for our multiple businesses. That being said, if you have a single location, this is a perfect inexpensive option.
Best in the Market Pros: It is easy to use and support friendly. Cons: Sometimes it can take a few minutes for a message to be sent and received to a customer. Overall: We love using the service.
Birdeye Review Pros: The text to chat feature is great as it makes it so convenient to reach out and respond to clients as they are on our website. Cons: The packages available where you don't use all the features and can't cater the pricing to exactly what you just use.
It is refreshing to speak with personnel who are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
