Easy and straight forward resolution
The representative from tech support answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.
Abhy and Abdul both are excellent, made the onboarding experience go very smooth. Even after spending 40 plus days in zoom meetings, Abhy assured that his assistance is still available. The dashboard is easy to use and support available if I encounter any problems in future. Highly recommend Birdeye reputation company.
I had some questions about Google messaging through the Birdeye app. I submitted a request to chat had a brief chat and then jumped on zoom and the representative had it handled in about five minutes very very helpful. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
My Customer Success Manager Will Ehrhorn is incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to help us. Suman Patra who helped guide us with this particular issue sent valuable information that made the system correction we needed to make very easy to complete.

Service is always great however the problem that reoccurs so often takes time away from my day, that is the only negative in this. Integration seems to break a lot.
