Quick service and great information to resolve my problem.
We are new to using the BirdEye Chatbot. I had very specific questions about how to implement after hours answers from Robin. Support representative gave good directions and suggestions on how to maximize effectiveness of our answers to patients when we are not available for phone calls.
Can’t believe that I got a callback so soon. Excellent explanation. Will use Birdeye more often

Called Electric Plus, Inc. and within one week I had the proper box installed and hot tube functions properly. Electric Plus was very professional and timely. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it’s user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries. CONS Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye.
