    We are new to using the BirdEye Chatbot. I had very specific questions about how to implement after hours answers from Robin. Support representative gave good directions and suggestions on how to maximize effectiveness of our answers to patients when we are not available for phone calls.

    Electric Plus,Inc. 11199 Lake Bluff Road Jacksonville Fl Hired an electrician to wire a box for hot tub. However could never get the correct box. Called Electric Plus, Inc. and within one week I had the proper box installed and hot tube functions properly. Electric Plus was very professional and timely.     Birdeye keeps us present on social media. Birdeye helps drive potential clients to our website and social media. PROS I like Birdeye. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it’s user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries. CONS Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE ease of using , user-friendly, professionalism and availbility of Birdeye support staff VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks for the great review! Replied August 2023

    The people on this call were able to figure out that some of our brands had current contracts with Birdeye. While this was something that we will be working to solve, maybe we should add a step to the implementation which checks a brand and let’s us know automatically.
