Birdeye keeps us present on social media. Pros: I like Birdeye. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it's user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries. Cons: Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye. Overall: Birdeye helps drive potential clients to our website and social media.
