First of all, I demand lots of patience. The Bird Eye representative was very knowledgeable and very articulate every step of the way with getting our business setup. By use of enthusiasm, I was shown step by step on each page how get the most of of my listing. If I need to make adjustments to my listing, it's easy. The data goes out to all of my listings from one place, Bird Eye. Itishri Kakkar, I thank you for helping me with the technical aspect, but most importantly, to maximize our online exposure to more potential customers.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down the steep learning curve into easy to understand, practical processes. These produced immediate results, whilst enlightening us to the vast future online opportunities that our website & the Birdeye platform can offer. Birdseye works perfectly for our customer service needs!! Everyday we are able to see what our customers needs are. What they are needing us to improve on, and what they love about us!! PROS I love that we can see what our customers are liking, and that we can see what we can improve on as well. CONS It sometimes logs me out, but it is easy to log back in!

Great service Reaching out to customers and getting feedbacks from them. Birdeye allowed us to have a platform to reach out to our customers. Birdeye service allowed us to get feedbacks from them and use it to improve our customer service and improve customer experience overall. PROS User friendly and great service. Real time and useful information that helps our company to be better. Great support from Birdeye team. CONS I don't have anything that I like the least.

Why Get Birdeye? Whenever we have questions and need help they are always there. 1 click away for my questions. The ease of use of their platform is what makes them great. Very satisfying result! PROS Birdeye helps you in many ways, business reputation management is one of the best features of Birdeye. All business needs to have a good reputation to flourish. CONS Not all company are perfect but they will try their best to help your company.

My experience with Birdeye has been phenomenal! They have been extra helpful when we had questions and their explanation of how to use their dashboard is great! The app and their online dashboard is very easy to navigate and use. I worked with Himani and Krishna and they were super helpful and positive. I would 100% recommend using Birdeye for your buisness.
