Birdeye is awesome! I was useing Yext for my directory listing service and it was not working the way it was promised. Then I looked into Birdeye, they do the directory listing right with the added bonus of their review service with AI. It is truly a time saver allowing me to be more productive. The onboarding was as great as it gets with Ritesh and Swati. Ritesh and Swati went beyond what I expected and helped me get Instagram and Facebook connected to their service as I had been experiencing bugs with Instagram. I highly recommend Birdeye to any business who wants visibility in their markets, especially brick and mortar stores and services!

The team at Birdeye is amazing as well as the Birdeye platform. 5 stars for the developers as well. I’ve tried three different platforms to increase sales and reputation and just no good. I found that buying reviews are scam for your customers. A customer taking the time to leave a review is gold; and Birdeye awesomely help you with that process. The experience of leaving a review is satisfying and I’m returning the favor for the ones helping me with my business. Birdeye 👍🏼

The on-boarding crew worked with me and my web designer to incorporate all of the Birdeye widgets, etc. into my website and walked me through their app so I could quickly obtain feedback from my customers. I would recommend Birdeye to anyone.

Very pleasant experience signing up and on boarding with Bird Eye. Our on boarding rep Hitesh Yadav was wonderful and made the whole experience very easy. He was very patient, explained everything in detail and trained our staff to use the system.

Fast Response Time Pros: Birdeye's customer service is by far some of the best I've ever experienced! They not only respond in a timely fashion, they are professional and get it done right, every time. Cons: Google Business Profiles occasionally become disconnected and need to be reconnected, when this happens, we may not be notified a negative review has been received
I have been with Birdeye for several years. Great company. Hitesh was my onboarding tech. He is getting 5 extra stars from me!
App is great but doesn’t show reviews when you hit more it just brings up settings and try swiping to the side to see the reviews but then it goes back to add contact page
I have been with bird for a short time, approx 1 month. So far I have received the information and guidance needed to help with collecting reviews. Time will tell how effective it will be. The only complaint I have is being in Canada and the system is seemingly built for the US. Not the companies issue with my location, just would be helpful if certain default could be changed. I would be giving 4.5 stars if I could as it is not perfect as of yet for me.

We've recently started using Birdeye, and our onboarding experience has been excellent. Since launching our first review request, we've received several reviews already. When I signed up, Javier patiently answered all my questions, even those not typically asked, after I carefully read their terms. During my initial onboarding session with Abhyuday, he was very conscientious in ensuring I understood the setup and the next steps. My final onboarding session was with Karan, who was amazing. He answered all my questions, ensured I understood how to use the platform, communicated effectively, and was very friendly.
Shraiya was amazing! She is patient, thorough, generous with her time and excellent at communicating especially with those who are not so great with the ever evolving technology.
