Everyone was so helpful, from the sales support to onboarding support, I felt fully informed about the product and how to use it. The Birdeye app and website dashboard are easy to use and intuitive. I love the product and the additional features like AI responses to reviews that are professional and warm. I highly recommend Birdeye!!!

Especially when negative reviews come in, Birdeye is great about notifying me right away, which allows me to notify the business right away. I also love recommending the QR codes and sharing reviews on social media platforms and the Google My Business page. Excellent company that provides multiple services in one app and desktop. From reviews, to referrals and social media posting, Birdeye does it all. No need to pay for two or three companies. Birdeye has you covered and their customer service has been excellent.

Was having a problem with a very annoying pop up that just wouldn’t go away. Reached out to tech support and they were able to resolve the issue. Then they even checked back to make sure things were working correctly. Great job, thank you!!

Excellent customer service and training! Both Haroon Basha and Hitesh Yadav were extremely helpful. Hitesh gave me an informative tutorial and answered all of my questions.
