The mobile app seems very limited on it’s capabilities. With most people wanting to use their phones for so much now it would make sense for the mobile version to mirror the capabilities or even have some features that aren’t available on the web version. One suggestion for both would be the ability to add trending sounds or music to post and reels. And also be able to post stories to Facebook.

Our company has been working with Birdeye for a little over a month and we have already seen an increase in reviews and a small improvement in our overall rating. The implementation process was easy and efficient. We had a few training sessions with HImanshu, our implementation specialist and he helped get our system up and running. training rep was extremely nice to work with. she goes above and beyond. me and my staff could email her anytime and always a few hours later we had a email confirming the change had been made. so she is super fast, efficient and knowledgable about the system. its an excellent system.

Our sales rep and onboarding person were great and very easy to work with. Both had tons of knowledge and were very helpful when it came to learning how our business could use Birdeye to the fullest.
We had family commimg for my Huusband 92 birthday. We add area for them to sleep, but would have to climb stairs to go up to the bathroom on the main level. We called Bison home Services and they built part of a bathroom that had toilet & sink, that would service they need quickly. They found the roughed in bath was not usable, the contractor had not connected the plumbing correctly so Bisonhad to replumb all of it. when finished, they had the floor repaired and even got down tiles over the rough concrete Floor. The family was comfotable and the bathroom and furnace room were built and contained. After the family was gone they came back to finish the entire room with proper walls doos and hand holds for my husband to use when he needed the facilities so he did have to climb up stairs until he was done in the basement. The workers were on time, called ahead, and were always thoughtful and professional. I will call them again and recommend them to friends.I can't say enough about them. Really Impressed!
