When Sarekon initially approached our dealership about their line of Wireless GPS Devices, we were skeptical, but we were blown away. The application is extremely easy to use and their customer service is fantastic. On both the business, and consumer side, we've been impressed. We would definitely recommend them. 10/10

PROS Birdeye is easy to use. It has an app, which is super helpful. CONS I can seem to get the app to show me when I have notifications.

Birdeye Review Its helpful that you can post & schedule everything for all your social media sites. I liked the all in one dashboard. The customer support was good. PROS Birdeye is AI powered & has a good user reputation. It has a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. I found it easy to use. CONS I found it has integration issues. There was missing features.

We are honestly afraid our competition will find out about Birdeye. We were skeptical at first, especially since our website provider and Google failed to help us rank on search engines. We noticed instant results the moment we gave our information to Birdeye. We went from landing on page 4 to dominating page 1 with little to no effort on our part. The CRM integration with Salesforce was surprisingly seamless. In fact the entire process has been a delight. We have our very own support representative, Mahak. Her dedication and commitment to our success was not expected. We thought, once they had our money, that would be the last we heard from them. Nothing could have been further form the truth. We highly recommend adding the Social and Text features. The AI features are intuitive and the interface and reporting are game changers. It's so convenient to have everything in one place. I have a feeling we will explore all that Birdeye has to offer, but so far, we have been blown away!

I have been working with Birdeye for the last couple of weeks. I've received excellent service from Snehashish Ghoshal. He is a very patient man because I'm not the easiest person to learn a new program. He made sure I understood everything and also sent me follow up emails with everything that was discussed on each of our meetings along with helpful videos that I could refer back to. I couldn't be happier with this program and would recommend Birdeye to anyone wanting to get their business out there on the world wide net!

Dynamite platform, feature rich, easy to use, and some of the best support I’ve ever seen!! Update: I have received a 33% increase in my total reviews in the first two weeks of service. I know I sound like a paid actor, but I so routinely run into businesses that severely underperform, sometimes even cheat you. My experience with Birdeye has been beyond refreshing and rewarding. And the service is not cheap. You get what you pay for and as a business owner, the price is irrelevant, only the ROI matters, and my investment with Birdeye is CRUSHING it.
