Great one stop shop social media manager. Great one size fits all approach to social media management PROS It gave a good overview off all online standing in one place. CONS Didn't always show that I had replied to all posts.

The property management company I work with signed up a couple of months ago and Ashish was assigned as our implemntation specicialist. The implementation and integration with RentManager went very smoothly and Asish was an absolute pleasure to work with. We have received tens more reviews since Birdeye was turned on than we got in the last decade and are now getting feedback surveys whcih are helping us to improve our customer service.
