Snehashish did an amazing job showing us every tool of the software, we encounter some problems with our accounts but he was patient and helpful in solving the problem.
Absolutely wonderful experience with implementation. Shraiya knew every little detail and explained it in an easy to understand way. The idea behind this is brilliant and it easy merges with Appfolio. We are already seeing reviews coming in large quantities. Also, the ease of the social media will save us so much time. Great one stop shop social media manager. Great one size fits all approach to social media management PROS It gave a good overview off all online standing in one place. CONS Didn't always show that I had replied to all posts.
