We also have the platform help us in sharing our reviews to our social media with ease, so we don't have to constantly maintain ourselves. The platform is helpful also to keep all reviews in one place.Pros - Review generation -Follow up communication -Sharing on social mediaCons - System failures from time to time -Better communication of our contacts being added -Picture changes when sharing reviews to social media platformsLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is best suited for companies who need assistance in the day to day help in obtaining reviews. Everyone can always ask/press a button, but to do it on a bill scale for every patient that comes through, on a weekly basis, that's where Birdeye comes in. It is less appropriate for those who maybe have 1-2 people to ask a week.Return on Investment - SEO has increased due to online rep increasing -Review count has come up significantly due to having a platform that helps -The system puts reviews and where they are coming from into perspective to try and obtain more in other waysOther Software Used - LinkedIn Jobs, Meta for Business, Google Business ProfileSupport Rating - The customer support is usually very fast in getting someone connected with you to figure out a solution. Sometimes the communication following up on how they did can be a little much, but they are just practicing what they preach and doing what they know best. People are usually very friendly and knowledgable also.Usability - It's very easy to use and maintain. If there is ever a question in where to find something or figure out the steps to do something, they are only an email or phone call away. I can easily show other members of my team how to use different functions as well. Plus, the patients and partners can use the links created easily to give us the review we need.

Great one stop shop social media manager. Pros: It gave a good overview off all online standing in one place. Cons: Didn't always show that I had replied to all posts. Overall: Great one size fits all approach to social media management

I have just started the Birdeye program. the support and on board calls have made it easier to get this product going for me. the support has ben wonderful and time will tell on how it works. I received 6 reviews in the first week. it is only as good as you make it is my take on it. excited to try.

I hired Dalon Construction to install a cement sidewalk from the end of my driveway to my cement bottom deck at the rear of my home. The cement sidewalk also included steps due to the sloping terrain. I spoke with the owner Ron Coleman about the details of this project. Ron listened intently to my questions and expectations pertaining to this project. Ron then provided me with a great quote. At the conclusion of this project I was very pleased with the results.
