Lauren's Review Pros: How easy it is to upload contacts. It is very accurate with when the review requests get sent out, and especially though integration, makes the process seamless. I also appreciate being able to view the contact journey of each person, holding them accountable to their review, but also noticing if there are any struggles with the process. Cons: The reports page is a little confusing to me. I liked how it was before, being able to view it on a pie chart. Unless I am looking/viewing it wrong, I tried changing the chart layout in the filters but it didn't let me click on it. Overall: I use Birdeye every day and I would say I have a very good experience with Birdeye. The customer service is fast and dependable and the software is constantly being updated with features I didn't know I needed. I would like a mini tutorial for sections that do get updated, such as the report page- its somewhat hard to nagivate through. I love Birdeye and I will continue to use it for as long as I can.

What really stood out was the personalized onboarding support. Within a day of signing up, a dedicated onboarding specialist reached out to schedule a walkthrough. They took the time to understand our business needs and helped us customize the platform accordingly—especially around review collection and automation, which were our top priorities. Training materials were also top-notch. The video tutorials and help center articles were easy to follow and answered most of my questions before I even needed to ask. And when I did have questions, Birdeye’s support team was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, Birdeye made what could have been a complex setup feel simple and empowering. I am writing to say that I find WOOLTON HOUSE MEDICAL PRACTICE is absolutely outstanding in there attention to detail when making appointments etc The staff have always been exceptional and very accommodating and always show empathy and care when dealing with individual circumstances  Both my husband and I cannot thank the staff and care we have both received.I personally cannot thank certain name just a few staff individually that have thoroughly looked after both my husband and I so much we cannot thank them enough .Dr Morton,Dr King, Dr Barstow ,Dr Phillip Connor and Christina, Stevie ,Christy ,Antonia ,Leanne and Becky  are just a few to mention  They have given myself and my husband the most valuable care and support over many years and words are not enough to show how valuable they have been to us . I have to write this for them to realise that this practice is invaluable to us and we appreciate all they have done  Sadly we are re locating and we will especially me will miss the support we’ve had so this is just to show how much we are very grateful  Mr and Mrs Ford

My partner and I stayed at Diamond Point resort this 4th of July weekend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Susie and Jamie for going above and beyond the call of duty. They helped us problem solve our cable TV hookup and got it working properly which took considerable time to figure out the issue which was with my RV.
