    The onboarding process was a pleasure . Preet, my onboarding team member made the process fluid and painless. He was very informative and super patient with my lack of preparedness and I thank him for it because god knows he needed to be patient with me lol. I am very please with the results Preet has helped us attain and I would highly recommend Birdeye to any company That is looking to increase and improve their online presence.

    My wife and I have been going to Dr. Brandon Trevino DDS for several years now. We was disappointed with the dental clinics with multiple dentist. We prefer a stand a lone dentist office with one dentist, like a primary care physician. I highly recommend Dr. Brandon Trevino DDS, with a 5 star rating. A excellent dentist, that will take the time to listen and answer your questions in detail. If you are looking for a dentist for you, your children or family members, Dr. Brandon Trevino DDS would be a great choice. He is located in Hurst, TX. near the L.D. Bell high school. Marion Baker

    I am incredibly grateful for the team at Birdeye. Our account was a tough one to say the least. We had lots of ups and downs and delays along the way due to several changes on our side. The team maintained utmost professionalism, and were very supportive throughout the process. Both the sales rep, Chad and onboarding specialist Ashish Roul were proactive, supportive and extremely diligent. You're in great hands here.

    Birdeye onboarding process was amazing. I had the privilege to work with Paritosh and he was so patient and explained everything on the dashboard eloquently. He was extremely efficient. Each time we met, he would then send a re-cap/summary of what we discussed and always followed up on the tasks I needed to complete to move forward.

    BirdEye has been an interesting experience so far. The onboarding and integration into our Customer Resource Management proved to be a little difficult at first but they were able to manage okay. Took quite a bit longer than what I was told it would take and there were some scheduling conflicts with setup and training calls. At this juncture, my organization has been with Birdeye for about a month. While we have seen a slight increase in Review traffic, we are left feeling a bit underwhelmed by the performance of the product itself. Now...to be fair, these things take time to develop and good things rarely come overnight. I was asked twice and sent an email all in one week to write a review on my experience...so...to date, this is what I have to work with. The program itself is easy to use, intuitive and customizable. Review requests are a breeze. Referral generation...I think it's gonna be a pass for us because we have seen absolutely no movement at all at this point on that front. Messaging is a really nice feature that we do love to use in our organization. The product itself is "Pricey" but I have found that it's pretty middle of the road and fairly marketed for this type of service. Can you do this kind of thing on your own...Yes, most definitely. Do you...probably not...else, why are you even reading this and considering hiring a company for it. Customer service is great. They're knowledgeable and quick to act. Sales was personable and not pushy at all. To be truthful the sales portion of my experience was probably my favorite. Joe was my rep and he was great. Overall...so far...it's been a good experience. However, at this time, i am unclear if we would choose to continue into a second contract. We're still trying to find our "sweet spot" and we're only a month in. All in all...what i have learned from hiring Birdeye is very simple...you WILL find holes in what you are doing independently and Birdeye will come along side and help to fill those holes in the review space.
