A good communication platform with customers. Pros: The ease of being able to send messages to our customers, and stay in contact with them. Especially with reviews. Cons: During most monthly meetings, they tried to upsell us on products that we didn't really need. Overall: Overall a positive experience, and well organized company.
Very very happy with all the help they have provided. We had issues with Google we just did not understand. Birdeye unscrambled the mess we have and now have us looking good again. Excited to see what the future brings...👍

The onboarding process was a pleasure . Preet, my onboarding team member made the process fluid and painless. He was very informative and super patient with my lack of preparedness and I thank him for it because god knows he needed to be patient with me lol. I am very please with the results Preet has helped us attain and I would highly recommend Birdeye to any company That is looking to increase and improve their online presence.
This has been a GREAT addition to our marketing strategy. LOVE the new Social AI integrations and the review replies. Support has been awesome too.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Brandon Trevino DDS for several years now. We was disappointed with the dental clinics with multiple dentist. We prefer a stand a lone dentist office with one dentist, like a primary care physician. I highly recommend Dr. Brandon Trevino DDS, with a 5 star rating. A excellent dentist, that will take the time to listen and answer your questions in detail. I am incredibly grateful for the team at Birdeye. Our account was a tough one to say the least. We had lots of ups and downs and delays along the way due to several changes on our side. The team maintained utmost professionalism, and were very supportive throughout the process. Birdeye onboarding process was amazing. I had the privilege to work with Paritosh and he was so patient and explained everything on the dashboard eloquently. He was extremely efficient. Each time we met, he would then send a re-cap/summary of what we discussed and always followed up on the tasks I needed to complete to move forward.
