I utilize Birdeye daily to manage my site's online presence. It is very simple to look over client reviews as they are all consolidated. The need for visiting multiple sites is eliminated & I can respond quickly and eloquently using the AI tool.Pros - Consolidation of reviews from multiple sites -Intelligent AI response generation -Simple navigation -Clean and fluid site flowCons - Slightly more variation in AI responsesLikelihood to Recommend - I am able to respond to my reviews in 24hrs, and do not have to struggle to visit many sites to do so. Our biggest use is with our client feedback and reviews. Birdeye has mainstreamed our entire review process to make it so much easier to analyze and respond to. It even helps streamline our strengths into our social medias.Pros - Its very single to use and navigate -It makes reputation mangement so much easierCons - A direct link in the notification emails to take you straight to the review that needs to be answered -Syncing issues with third-party platforms can sometimes cause delays in review updatesLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited in so many ways, it has features I never thought possible and for them to be compact onto 1 site is a game changer. For example, It is well suited in that we can rely on the automation of review requests via SMS and email after customer interactions which has significantly boosted our review volume.Return on Investment - When you first start, the monthly fee does seem a bit intimidating/impractical but after a few weeks of use, you will firsthand start seeing the benefits, it makes the monthly fee seem much more practical as time goes on -The beginning expense is nothing when you start fully utilizing Birdeye's full available content. For example, once you see it's autonomously A.I agents at work and the quality of work they provide will help you to see how much of a benefit it has been for you, your staff and customers alikeUsability - Birdeye is one of the most if not the most user friendly sites out there with built in features beyond my expectation. Boost Reviews & Communication with Birdeye Pros: The pros of using Birdeye include automated review and survey requests. We appreciate the way the request is formatted with "Green" for a review for positive experiences sent to Google or Facebook and the "Red" for less than satisfied customers that comes in as direct feedback. I also appreciate the auto-responses to reviews. A the store level, the sales team appreciate being able to text and send quotes via the platform. We also love that all messages, emails, webchats, etc. come into one inbox. Cons: Integration issues with our CRM has been an on-going trial, but the blame falls on our CRM rather than Birdeye. Mass texting campaigns are a separate cost and are kind of expensive. Overall: Many of my clients have been using Birdeye for several years and have grown to love the easy communication with customers via the platform. We appreciate the auto-review request setup which allows us to resolve potential issues when customers have complaints offline. We have received excellent support from our Customer Success Managers and appreciate the transparent reporting. Overall, we have seen our reviews skyrocket and rating improve. Much credit goes to correcting problems before they turn into one star reviews.

The AI feature definitely cuts down on the time it cant take to respond to multiple reviews and they are well written and succinct responses. An Excellent Resource for Review ResponseUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye makes addressing all reviews very convenient. It's all in one place, there's canned replies that can be chosen and edited as needed, and it can all be done very quickly. It's saved me a lot of time from the olden days of having to navigate to each review site's back end to reply to reviews!Pros - Convenience: Birdeye funnels all your review sites into one spot -Simplicity: Canned and editable responses make answering reviews very quick and efficient -Efficiency: Being able to respond to multiple platforms in one spot, submit concerns or flagged reviews for review, and being able to reach any of your platform contacts through one portal saves tons of time.Cons - I don't care for the AI responses, as I feel editing the canned responses to be much more personal. The AI responses all end up saying basically the same things anyway -I'd like for the notice emails (when you get a new review) to have links directly to the new review received. Currently you have to navigate to the page on your own. Not a huge deal, but it would be that much more convenient.Likelihood to Recommend - I know Birdeye has an entire suite of services it offers, but I only use it for answering reviews. To that end, it does its job beautifully. I would recommend it for anyone who frequently is answering reviews for their business. Beyond that function, I honestly don't have much experience.Return on Investment - Our account is handled at a corporate level, so I don't have much information on numbers and such, unfortunately. However, it has made it infinitely easier to answer reviews in a timely manner, which definitely has a positive impact on the way our business is perceived.Usability - They've made the interface very easy to use, and just as easy to navigate. The landing page has everything you need right there, uncluttered and clear.

Excellent Platform for Reviews and Reputation Management Pros: Birdeye makes it so easy to collect and track customer reviews. The automation takes a lot of work off our plate, and the dashboard gives us a clear, real-time view of our reputation. The support team is also fantastic–very responsive and helpful. Cons: Nothing negative comes to mind—it’s been a consistently smooth and positive experience. Their team is dedicated, responsive, and always quick to provide support or answer any questions we have. Overall: Birdeye has been an excellent partner. It saves us time, helps us generate consistent customer feedback, and gives us tools to manage our brand reputation effectively. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has added significant value for us.
BIRDEYE - open your eyes to a new look at your portfolio Pros: Great product that helps our marketing and leasing teams understand what is going on at our properties. Cons: I don't have anything negative to say at this time! The product functions as advertised and offers us a look at our tenant base we did not have before. Overall: It helps us understand our client base on a more granule level. We did not have this level of contact with our tenants before.
The all-in-one platform is Birdeye’s best feature. SMS campaigns, review requests, and other tools work seamlessly, and the real-time data tracking is extremely valuable.

Great improvement in our reviews! Pros: Since implementing Birdeye, we have seen a consistent increase in our review volume and in positive review feedback. We love that we can set up survey campaigns and respond in the platform directly to all feedback and public review pages (Google, Yelp, Birdeye, etc...) Cons: The one thing that would greatly benefit us is more support with being able to verify our listings like our Google My Business pages. Overall: Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Our review volume has increased and we have seen a higher volume of positive reviews. The Birdeye platform is super helpful to allow us to see all of our feedback in one place and respond accordingly so we can consistently monitor our online reputation.
Highly recommend Pros: We love that Birdeye helps us with our online presence by giving our patients the option to leave a review for us if they had a great experience, but it also allows them to give us direct feedback if they didn't have a great experience. We have always had great customer support anytime we had a question regarding our account. Cons: We don't have anything we don't like about Birdeye. Our experience over the past 5 years has been great. Overall: Our overall experience with Birdeye has been great and we are happy we found them. Before we found Birdeye our online reviews were really struggling.
