    The fact that I do not have to deal with an algorithm or a third-party chat and am able to communicate with a real person is greatly appreciated. I don't think AI and algorithms are able to replace humans just yet.

    UI/UX isn't great on brideye, but your support team is amazing

    Mortgage Lender Reviews are helpful with Birdeye Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to get reviews for how the mortgage loan process went. Our issue right now is we aren't getting reviews from our clients even after a reminder. When I look for a company, I look at their reviews. I need to figure out how better to address getting reviews from the clients. Pros - Easy to use -Website for reviews is simple looking -Reviews at the top showing stars is helpful Cons - Allow our social media tags on our review page - is that an option? -Have sales team call me to show me tips Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye - I only know it for reviews. If there is more to it, I have no knowledge of that. Return on Investment - For my branch manager, he has hardly received any reviews even though we do lots of business. -Positive is I'm glad our clients have a way to send a review. Alternatives Considered - Facebook Business Manager - It's 50/50 when people do send reviews - they send to Birdeye or Facebook, not one more than the other. Other Software Used - Encompass, Google Ad Manager, Google Sheets Support Rating - I haven't contacted anyone for support other than get my web address to give out. Usability - It's clear and precise. Laid out well when people want to see reviews.
