We had four couples going to Scottsdale for a golf vacation and utilized GolfTroop to set our tee times as our trip took place during the PGA Waste Management Phoenix Open. The service was excellent! Great courses....great Tee Times ... easy to use! Thanks Vinnie!!
Talk about going above and beyond expectations. During my setup a few minor errors were noticed on my social media listings and even my website and Kyle not only educated me on these errors but helped me fix them. I had tried contacting Google in the past all that led was to more help pages to read. Thanks to the team at Bird Eye these problems that have persisted for a long time have now been corrected. It was also great that they didn’t make it about completing the process in an allotted time but saw it through to complete the process when it was properly done which was going above and beyond the service I signed up for. There are lot of options when it comes to reputation management and reviews but what sets Birdeye apart is their customer service. I was having issues with my account and customer support rep assigned to the case, Himanshu Goswami, went above the beyond my expectations to help resolve the issue. He called regularly to give me updates and I didn't have to deal with anyone else which is so refreshing. Normally you get bounced around from department to department but Himanshu stayed with the case till it was successfully resolved.
