This is the best reputation marketing software for local businesses. The platform is easy to use and their customer support is phenomenal. Being able to pick up the phone when you have questions and actually speak to someone who is there to assist is a BIG reason these guys are the best.

BirdEye Makes Reputation Management Easy! Pros: I can track and manage several review sites from one centralized location. I can also send review requests from one central location. I can track what employees are getting positive reviews. Cons: I really have no complaints about this software. Overall: Overall, BirdEye makes reputation management a breeze. Our overall rating has improved across various review sites and we have seen an increase in the amount of ratings as well.
