We go to Black Bear diners frequently. My husband and I were at your store on Arden today.I have to say this is the second time we have been here. The first time it was very good, but today it was very bad and so was the service. My husband got biscuits and gravy. They were hard and dry. he asked for extra gravy,and got a tiny bit. He only ate one biscuit. So this was my first time here and probably my last. I get that they just opened but the service was beyond horrible. It first started when we walked in. The greeter just seemed like she had an attitude and that the fact that we wanted to wait for a table instead of sitting at the bar was a big request. After about 15 mins we were seated. Our waitress took about 10 minutes to even ask us for drinks and once we ordered the drinks it took prob another 7 mins to order. Had the rib eye steak. Was overlooked. Got a replacement and it was cooked correctly but it was tough. Won't order that again. The ribs were also very dry.
