The wait was small to get seated. Once seated the waiter was good and attentive. After our order was placed it took about 20 minutes before the waiter came back over to us. He had noticed me looking at my watch and decided he would come over and ask me what I was doing? It was a strange question and none of his business what I was doing at my tables since I had no food. After another 10 minutes the food came. It was poorly prepared and incorrect. My was returned for correction. They added the missing Potatoes and biscuit. Th... read more

Worst service, my brothers steak wasn't cooked right, he sent it back and after 30 minutes we decided to go, when the waitress told the cook we didn't want it, he yelled out of the kitchen, well whose going to pay for it? The manager took it off our bill but we're not going back there again
We were at Black Bear Diner on July 7th for My Mother in-law's Birthday dinner The girl that sat us Was As Nice As Could Be Our Waiter Jesse Was Even Nicer We Gave Both of Them A Very Nice Tip The Down Side Was All Of Our Food steak was fatty the ling. was dry the burrito was not good Everyone of us left half our meals with No Togo containers which if anyone loves their food they aren't gonna leave it well we left it. This was the second and very last time at this particular restaurant. Second time we have had poor service. My sandwich which was made wrong took them 25 minutes to remake this is after the other three I was with finished their meals. Never again and won't recommend

Way too slow of service .. Food arrived lukewarm to cold. Maybe just an off day? Perhaps .. But NOT planning a return visit to this location.
