my fires were luke warm, my husbands fish was cold....the people sitting across from us also had cold food and sent it back and had to wait for new plates. I told the waitress about my fries, but I dod not send them back as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. And they served my husbands coleslaw with no dressing! not a good day for them....

My family when to Black 🐻 on Mothers Day, for breakfast, we have eaten at black bear befor, But this time we when to the New one on Adren by the mall, we were very disappointed with the service, we waited for 2 hrs just to be seated, the host kept on passing us up , then finally we were at the table, we order our food , 3 of our orders was wrong, they had to cook one order again. We were their for- 4 hrs. My whole family was disappointed 😔. U need better people working at Black 🐻 😡😡😡

Yesterday was my son's birthday. We decided to go to Black Bear Diner because the wait was to long at the Olive Garden and we had never been there before. We were seated at our table about 7:20. We ordered our food at 7:35. Our server brought my salad and cornbread at about 7:40. Every thing was seemed good until about 8:15 we had not received our meals or seen our server since she dropped off the salad. 8:30 comes around still no food and no sign of our server.
