It was my first time there and we waited 45 min before we ate the waiter asked me and my friend has anybody came to our table they were short handed i felt they should have gave us a discount but the waiter was nice and they give a lot of food please! hire more people

Went to the Arden black bear for breakfast waited atleast 45 minutes to sit then 20 minutes for drinks ! Very loud very cramped ! Food wise it was disgusting biscuit was so dry and not enough gravy and sausage wasn't done all the way !

I have to say to food was of the usual black bear quality and the service people were very friendly but it took a really long time to get our food. We sat there so long that one of the service people came by and asked how our food was before we had even gotten served.
Just went to the one on Arden, what a disappointment, ordered a avocado burger, without mayo or thousand island, it arrived with both things, i dont know how the burger was cooked they said on a flat grill, but it tasted and looked like it never touched the grill, had the few grill lines on it that were there when they bought the meat, maybe cooked in oven or microwave, nasty, but the service was excellent at the table, just the food was a big disappointment
