A 5 minute wait for an empty booths in a half filled restaurant. Dirty floor under my feet after sitting down. Leftover biscuit from a previous eater. This is the 2nd time eating at this location. Great first time, but of course, it WAS opening day then.

15 minute wait to be seated, bathroom was nasty and out of every paper product, once seated we were brought water ,then watched 6 staff members walk around and by us for 20 minutes without even looking at us let alone take our orders. We got up and left and not one staff ever noticed! I will never visit this place again!

The Service Was Horrible And Food Was Really Tasty!
Arden way BRANCH is totally fly infested... was a very undesirable dinning experience... getting buzzed by flys every 30 seconds...
As with other people who have reviewed recently, the wait time is ridiculous 40 + min and the food isn’t even here yet. No sorry about the wait, would you like a refill. Nothing. They need to step it up.
