For being brand new--It wasn't up to the usual great standards!! the carpet was very dirty from the days customers, no dessert menus were handed out what we arrived at 9pm. Tables weren't cleaned up.

My steak was rather tough, but overall it was a decent meal.
Tried going here twice now and worst service staff ever!! I love Black Bear but this location is horrible! I'd rather go out of my way and go to a location that actually cares about their customers.
