Amazing food, good customer service, amazing great place to eat. Food didn't take too long to make and waitresses and waiters had a constant smile.
Went here this morning to use my Birthday Coupon. I had the Grizz which was eggs, pancakes, and sausage and added hash browns. Also ordered orange juice, which was fresh squeezed My Food was Delicious. Absolutely Loved my waitress, Becky.

We apologize for the disappointment you experienced during your recent visit, Marina. We appreciate your feedback regarding the appearance of our biscuits and the mixing of red and green peppers. We will take note of your comments and work towards improving these aspects. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Took the family here for breakfast. We've never been to a Black Bear Diner but have heard good things, so we decided to try brunch here on Saturday. We were able to be seated immediately. It's such a cute place. All the Black Bear decor & the delicious desert case we saw upon entry was very inviting & fun! We all ordered & it came out fast, hot, fresh & delicious. The portions are HUGE. Our server was awesome, very attentive. We will definitely be back!!!
I don't know what's happening to black bear but it's taking a turn ever since the Macdonald opened up. Also there is a lot of junkies that hang in the area. I say it's because that gas station next door takes EBT and sells some type of laughing gas (that's used to get high) and liquor.

Thank you for the feedback. We're always trying to make dining at Black Bear Diner the best experience it can be, so thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
I had breakfast there. The service was quick and organized. The food was very good. The ambiance was casual.
Oh my, this was truly amazing. The food was so yummy. I'd come back to Colorado just to eat here again. My server Roberto was also very kind and sweet.
First timer since moving here from Hawaii. The waffle was very rich in flavor & the french toast was also tasty. Interior was very cute & rustic. Service was good but waitress had like 6 tables she was serving so I wasn't able to get refills for my beverage in a timely manner like I would've preferred.
It is so good to see that this restaurant chain still runs as it did when they started in Shasta Lake. Portions are huge to have some to take home. The biscuits are the size of a brick and so light and airy. They are so delicious. The staff are attentive and amazing and never let your drink go to empty. The prices are still way below what another high quality meal would cost you. Do your self a favor and slide in over to your nearest Black Bear for a home style meal that will not leave u broke.
I have been going to the Aurora diner for months, SAVANNAH, is always on top of things, she keeps an eye on all customers, never have to ask for a refill. she is a top waitress, and will spend time with you if needed
