Clean and friendly. Huge menu. Everything came out quickly, hot and tasty. Excellent quality bacon, fluffy pancakes, crispy hash browns. Affordable, we had tons of leftovers.
I stop at Black Bear diner every time I'm in town for work. I got hooked on this diner when I stayed in Oakland, CA so to learn that there was one in Colorado. I was beyond elated.
Adriana was awesome!! She checked in and made sure we were taken care of often! Food was great! She made us feel welcome and wanting to come back! Thank you sooo much!
We love this place however our visit today was very disappointing. Little details are always noticed and well today's Happy cub cakes were very sad and not done, we ordered 2 for each kiddo and they both looked bad and tasted a bit chewy and not fluffy like always. Try just a bit harder BBD
Menu has a variety of food. The portions are sizable. Prices are reasonable. They have cute merchandise in the front along with baked items for sale. You take your bill upfront to pay. We've had some really friendly servers. There's always a crowd but they get you seated right away..
Amazing food, good customer service, amazing great place to eat. Food didn't take too long to make and waitresses and waiters had a constant smile.
Went here this morning to use my Birthday Coupon. I had the Grizz which was eggs, pancakes, and sausage and added hash browns. Also ordered orange juice, which was fresh squeezed My Food was Delicious. Absolutely Loved my waitress, Becky.

Took the family here for breakfast. We've never been to a Black Bear Diner but have heard good things, so we decided to try brunch here on Saturday. We were able to be seated immediately. It's such a cute place. All the Black Bear decor & the delicious desert case we saw upon entry was very inviting & fun! We all ordered & it came out fast, hot, fresh & delicious. The portions are HUGE. Our server was awesome, very attentive. We will definitely be back!!!
I don't know what's happening to black bear but it's taking a turn ever since the Macdonald opened up. Also there is a lot of junkies that hang in the area. I say it's because that gas station next door takes EBT and sells some type of laughing gas (that's used to get high) and liquor.
