I dont know what happened to this restaurant during Covid. I use to frequent this place often. I decided 2 weeks ago to take my wife for breakfast and we were sat down at a booth. We ordered and patiently waited for our food. My wife ordered a steak burrito smothered with green chilli and a side of grits. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. My wife's steak inside her burrito was totally burnt along with her potatoes wedges and omelette was barely warm. Really disrespectful staff. Order was missing items. Scott in management acted like he didn't care. Never asked for order number ect. But I the food I did receive was bland. Vegetables were soggy, potatoes under cooked and no flavor. Won't give this business another chance.

We have been here a few times but it seems to have gone downhill. We had breakfast on Sunday morning, first the coffee was cold and my husband had to find staff to get us more coffee. We the food arrived my hash towns were not cooked...cold in the center. My husband's waffles was undercooked and again it was very difficult to find any waitstaff to refill out coffee. My thought is I probably won't be back.

I can not write a review on the food because the service to get in was so bad! We asked for a table for two and the server was so dismissive and rude. I asked again how long the wait would be and she said, "One moment". Mind you we were willing to sit at the bar which had plenty of seats! The server returned and sat a family behind us. Customer service should be number one and this place did not offer that. Needless to say we left and will never try this place again!

First time eating there, and the last. Got seated right away, it was around 4:00 pm. I was excited to order fried chicken dinner, what a waste. First of all they must make their own salad dressing, I ordered 1000 Island, very dill pickle flavored with an underlying of hot sauce. Next came a muffin, you could tell it was microwaved, it stuck to the plate, very dry and hard. Then came the chicken & fries. Well...... we arrived about 2:30 pm with hardly anyone there and the host tried to sit us at a booth which had mops and buckets nearby, I of course protested, so he was annoyed and said we would have to wait until the waitress cleaned the tables off. I was ready to leave when Chris came to the rescue and he was delightful he seated us assured our comfort and was a joy! 5 stars for Chris and 1 for the restaurant service and food.

I'm rating this restaurant prior to the dining experience. I called on Saturday to make a reservation and was told to call an hour early prior to arrival for a party of 12. When I called on Sunday, the policy changed. They don't take reservations AND could not save a table. We arrived 25 minutes early (wanted to be seated at 10). No arrangements could be made for our party and we watched parties of 6, 7, 5 all get seated. Finally after approaching the manager 4 times, we were seated at 10:45. Suggestion! My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from them and after only a few hours of eating their food, we both started to feel super sick and started throwing up a lot. I am certain to believe that this location gave us both food poisoning. We had the biscuits and gravy, poached eggs and bacon, and a fruit cup. If you are craving breakfast PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL GET SICK! Just go to IHOP or Snooze.
