Ordered chicken and waffles and it was literally just chicken tenders with a undercooked waffle

The chicken fried steak tasted like it had been in a freezer for months. It wasn't chicken fried steak. It was a beef patty. Mashed potatoes had zero flavor. They looked decent but tasted horrible. Even the cornbread was messed up. We will never, ever eat here again!

A year ago I was enjoying your food at your Aurora location monthly with my ladies lunch group, fast foward to the present, this area of town is infested with homeless young folks. It no longer feels safe. Your parking lot has homeless hanging on and around our cars, or hanging out in the trees and grassy areas around Texas roadhouse across from black bear diner. How about running these folks out of your lot to make this feel safer to a group of senior ladies. It's too bad you lost our business now.

Went back today with my husband. It's been awhile. I bragged about the Corned Beef Hash breakfast so he ordered it. It was lack luster to say the least. Barely a portion of corned beef and no potatoes! What?! I ordered the Parmesan crusted burger. It was edible but the burger lacked flavor. The fries were undercooked. Also their service was slooooow. I've had breakfast here and was pretty good, so thought I'd try their "Prime Rib" on a weekend for dinner. Called ahead to make sure it was available and ask if I needed to request they hold some, was told "no, we won't run out". That should have been a clue - they couldn't run out if they were giving it away for free. But it ain't free! The menu doesn't price it - says to ask server. I had dined at one of the chains stores in Vegas for Breakfast. It was good. However for dinner Saturday night, it was like eating NURSING HOME FOOD. NOTHING WAS FRESH except the salad. Everything appeared and tasted like LEFT OVERS. Fairly blan, over cooked, and not appetizing. Prime rib was dry, over cooked and so obviously reheated. Extremely over priced. Probably the most average diner I've been to in my life. Nothing wrong with that but nothing about this place stuck out to me. The service was mediocre but all of the staff spoke Spanish to each other which made it very uncomfortable for a native English speaker like myself. It was just very odd and hard to explain. The food was decent but they overloaded my plate with hash-browns which were overcooked and not that much corn beef hash. Probably won't be back here anytime soon.

Awful. Ordered a turkey club with just turkey, cheese, and well-done bacon. The sandwich had one slice of turkey on it, the bacon was very undercooked, and no cheese. Because the service was so slow, I basically just ate bread. I.

We went to the Aurora location to place a to go order. Staff was nice and courteous, but no one told us that our food was ready. It just sat on the to go table for God knows how long. We sat there for 40 mins. Our food was cold and soggy. We bought sandwiches so the bread was not toasted anymore. Fries were cold and soggy. If you order to go, make sure you continue to check on it because they won't.
