I ordered the Shasta Scramble at about 1 pm yesterday. It didn’t taste that great, and by 6 or 7 pm I was feeling pretty sick. By 9pm I was very sick with food poisoning. I’m pretty resilient to food poisoning, and I’m not anxious to go back.
BANDAIDS FOUND IN DRINKS, ALLERGIES IGNORED IN FOOD, MANAGEMENT CANT BE BOTHERED TO CARE. Very sad birthday breakfast
Umm we placed a huge order to go. We work at a hospital. 1/2 of the people who ordered didn’t get their food. Multiple items were missing. This is not the first time you have messed our order up. It’s basically stealing when you charge people for food they did not get.

What a ridiculously awful experience. The restaurant was freezing. Our waiter was barely around and we waited a good ten minutes for someone to notice that we needed a box and finally had to go ask. I am beyond disappointed.
My husband and I came in to have lunch and celebrate my birthday. The food was good but the service was literally the worst service we’ve ever had anywhere. The waitress took way too long to come up to us after we sat down to start our order. Horrible experience at this location!! We have been to numerous Black Bears in the PNW and choose them because it’s been consistently good, clean and friendly...this location fails on all marks...find another location in the area and avoid this one at all costs!!!! Nasty and now my husband is sick and feeling like he’s going to throw up 🤢 ugh!!!
