First I have to say I was a big fan of the Bear for breakfast & lunch, had not gone in for dinner. Told all my friends to go for breakfast, loved it. Can't say that anymore the service was horrible, the server was rude and uninterested in the order had to repeat several times what we wanted, like eggs over easy, then he would say how did you want your eggs he also didn't seem to know the menu. Service wasn't bad. Food wasn't great. I had the California bacon Benedict and the egg was overcooked. The side of potatoes had no seasoning and the grapes in my fruit bowl had mold. My husband said the sausage patty in his meal tasted bad. I've been here before and had good food but not sure I'll be back.

I was expecting better. 4 of us had breakfast. Some things were great others were not. Couldn't really find an option that had all the stuff you want. Service was ok not great and wait times were somewhat long even though it wasn't b-fast or lunch rush. Theres about 5 other places I'd go to before choosing here again.

Just from what I`ve read in your reviews I would never recommend your place or even set foot in it.
The food is good but service is horrible!! We had to ask for straws and then only saw the waitress when she took our order. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get our ticket to check out. Then one of us had signed up for the eclub for the free bear claw. The cashier entered the code but it didn’t take it off. Unfortunately I had already handed my card before he told me the new amount.
