Service is great! I was expecting a bit more as this place was hyped up but I was disappointed! The hash browns and eggs had no seasoning. I might return to try their lunch/dinner menu however Ol South is better for breakfast...
This was our first time at the Black Bear Diner, that had only been open two weeks. We had delicious pancakes and thick sliced bacon. They were very large and tasted wonderful! The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I didn't realize there were so many other Black Bear Diners across the nation. We will definitely go again.

Staff was very nice, though I immediately got the impression they weren't at all ready for online orders or pick-up orders in general. They were already confused as to whether one bag was ours or not. We got home and the food was varied in quality, some being burnt, others being undercooked, and one meal being a completely different meal altogether. The building itself was nice and clean, plenty of people eating there too. My advice here would be to eat at the restaurant instead of doing pick-up.

Food was great. Our server was wonderful. We went early in the morning so we got there in time before it got busy. Place was nice very bear wooden lodge theme but it was very cute and clean.

Great tasting food. Modern day Cracker barrel with a smaller gift shop. Good Coffee. Super busy with plenty of servers. Our first visit, will be back again.
