Got off to a rocky start but Kevin stepped in and saved the day. Great location, very busy and a very welcome addition to Burleson. And then we have the bill at the end of the meal. $3.49 for coffee, that came as a shock.

Fantastic service and food. Especially considering they just opened. We had breakfast for dinner. Pancakes and waffles are amazing.

Expected much better from all the hype prior to opening. We had breakfast, so it was eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc... First off, what are those hash browns and country potatoes they serve? Do they not believe in seasoning either one? We did have the chicken fried steak with ours. If you are a fan of CFS from let's say, Grandys, then you will love it. If you prefer a nice tenderized steak that is breaded in the restaurant and then cooked, you should stay away from theirs. Definitely shipped to them frozen and already breaded. I ... read more

I have been looking forward to trying this place out since I first heard about it. The staff were all very friendly. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and onion rings. I got the salad as well. In Texas, CFS is a big deal and theirs was a HUGE disappointment! They have two size options, 10 oz or 5 oz. I ordered the 10 and it came out as two separate smaller patties that are obviously pre-breaded and frozen. They good CFS in Texas is hand breaded and you can cut it with a fork, no knife needed. T... read more

To start, the place just opened a few days ago and service is great. Plenty of servers, cooks, busses and host staff. Open faced Turkey sandwich had really good flavor, the gravy was good and Turkey was tasty. Chicken Fried Steak, being a chain you know it was pre-breaded. So if you want to try it, know going in that's what it is. Now it's not a cheap version and was tasty. The white gravy is not bland like you typically find in restaurants and over all good. The mashed potatoes were nice and creamy. Don't let the "... read more
