The food was alright the portions were big, but the hash browns were extremely burnt and the service was horrible. Our servers name was Jasmine but she didn't check in on us or get our drinks we had to ask her to refill our drinks and we got a funfetti pancake instead of normal and the other server who brought out the food seemed to not want to be there at all. I know we went on the 4th of July for breakfast but they were not busy and there was no wait to be seated. It took 50 minutes to get our food and we were not the only customers that waited. Bacon was great, grits not so much.

We waited over an hour for our food. Biscuits, gravy, and hash browns were cold. Definitely could have had a better experience!!

First time going.It's a black bear and I was very disappointed. The food overall taste was mediocre. I got the chicken avocado club with onion rings. I was hoping The Onion rings were homemade, but they were frozen and overcooked. The grilled chicken in the sandwich needed a little bit more seasoning. Um, uh, and then the pot roast dinner. My meal was a total mess i sat a bar ordered to go my order was ready it was counter for 15 min before i got it i paid fir it walked outside checked it they forgot my pancakes i get home i ordered scrambled eggs they were over easy and all they can say is sorry i live 20 min away i go there all the time but thus will be my last sorry service waiters was very unprofessional

Dear Bob! Went to your place yesterday for some bread pudding! Been wanting to try it for a while. I read the menu and it said served warm. Sorry to say it wasn't. The menu said served with whipped cream topping. Sorry to say it wasn't! My friend who I shared it with said that I made a better bread pudding than you put in front of us. It wasn't worth the price. Well I'm not sure, but if it is ordered through your website. But DoorDash does deliver it. Then who is responsible for your mistakes. You fulfilled the order, they just delivered it!
