I absolutely love black bear diner I've gone to the Danville location for years now. Today was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received I didn't get her name but it's the 2nd time she has just been absolutely RUDE!!! The 1st time I asked her for extra syrup and when she bagged it up I asked for salsa and she had a outburst of ' phffft why didn't you tell me when you asked for syrup... I was completely blown away with her lack of self control but I let it slide just forgot about it. Today I went in and picked ... read more
