All the food for our table came very undercooked and disgusting, ruined some of our appetite so we asked for a refund and went elsewhere. AVOID THIS TRASH
the food was eh, but the service was absolutely awful! we went in and they had shortened hours that day, but we had no idea. they didn't say anything about it when we arrived. instead, they just rushed us the entire time and we're extremely rude. we would have preferred if they had said "sorry, we're closing early today, so we aren't seating anymore"

Very disappointed. Took my daughter there today for breakfast. There were signs in parking lot, inside restaurant, and on the menu. The sign said steak and eggs 14.99. I ordered that for myself. Was very salty and rough. Well done when I ordered medium. Then to top it off I got receipt with steak and eggs for 24.99. I asked why am I being charged 10.00 extra when the signs clearly said steak and eggs 14.99. the manager said it was a dual mistake on both the waiter, and me. the bathrooms need to be cleaned a little more. the toilet paper rolls need to be checked and refilled more. the toilet paper is always gone. thankfully, i carry kleenix in my purse.

We're here for a day in the Bay Area and our our way back to southern ca we stoped by to BBD and was told it was a 15 minute wait and was more like 45. Then we were seated and it was like one more hour just to get our food. I totally encourage everyone to find another restaurant because this place sucks.
