Went there this morning 11/01/21 (Monday). It wasn't even that busy as far as dine in customers. Took forever to be greeted, seated, order taken. Then over 30 minutes to get food. Multiple tables complaining. Waiting for their food, the check, more coffee, etc. Never took our dirty plates away. The wait staff was apologetic and said they had a lot of Door Dash orders to tend to. Maybe they should stop taking those for a few hours and service the people physically sitting in their business. My husband drove by and noticed Black Bear had a prime rib dinner special so stopped and got a dinner to go. He asked for medium rare and got medium. The prime rib was about 1/2" thick and 50% fat. The baked potato was hard as though it was a few days old. No horseradish or condiments. I'm sure they would not have served us this if we dined in, buts it's OK to serve poor quality food to go! Whose checking the orders? We sure won't go there for dinner.

We stopped in mid afternoon, in the mood for steak and egg and pancakes. Ordered 2 coffees, was told they put a fresh pot on. When the coffee came out it was horrible. I ordered steak and eggs, with the steak to be medium well. My husband ordered "sweet creme pancakes." When the steak arrived, I recieved a way over cooked steak! It looked like it was frozen and placed on very high heat to cook. When I cut into it, it was so dry it looked like thick piece of beef jerky. My white toast was burnt. Very upset with this business declining my calls for the complaint I had by being charged twice for a single order.
