I walked in tonight for dinner and was promptly seated. A couple of tables near me were seated afterward. They received service and ordered their dinners. No one ever came to my table to take my order or ask if I needed anything. I left. I will never try coming again. Terrible experience. I have frequented The Black Bear in Gilroy and have always been treated with respect and great service. I think the management at San Ramon can take some lessons from Gilroy.

Very disappointed that I couldn't complete/add to my order, even though it was on DoorDash. Called to see if they could accommodate my request over the phone & was told "No since they can't charge". Since we're on the phone, I don't understand why they couldn't just charge while I'm on the phone w them. Seemed pretty lazy to me & now I'm upset. I can't leave my workplace & that is obviously why I chose DoorDash. If you can't be accommodating over the phone, maybe you should allow on DoorDash to "add" things to your order. Fo... read more

1 Biscuit & Country Gravy This restaurant instead of serving a biscuit they are serving dry, burned loaf and the second plate the scramble eggs had shells in it , yesterday was sad to get my family reunion ruined by this place really waste of money on this place

I ordered breakfast, and it did not taste good. It also had a smell like it had been cooked in old oil. The eggs did not even taste like real eggs. The pancakes were decent but they were very thick and tough. I definitely will not order breakfast from here again.
