A completely new renovated restaurant at Petro truck stop. Be prepared to wait for a table on the weekend. I'm not sure how busy this establishment is during the week. Our server was professional and attentive. Our food was delicious and filling. You won't leave hungry here. Thank you Black Beat Diner for inviting us to your VIP opening. Everything was spectacular. Service was incredible, Management was right on top of things. Food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. And for me, best of all no TV, no music!!! My guest and I could carry on a conversation without yelling at each other, and we could linger over our food without loud, fast music urging us to eat quickly. First when we sat down she took our drink order quickly. We Ordered chicken and waffles and Cheese burger basket waited 30 minutes still no food . People ordered around us came 15 minutes after us and they have already gotten the food. Same server. Would not recommend and won't be back.
DO NOT COME HERE .Service is horrible I have only seen my sever once. I waited for an hour and still didn't receive our food. Also the waiters have been talking behind the counter for mostly all the time. And plates are just left there after 10 of minutes after people leave.
Staff was focusing more on the online orders then the actual people that are here 45 min wait with 70% of tables available is a sad thing they had 4 people focusing on the online orders and only two waiters food was good just its a diner
Lousy service and food. The employees never smile. Always making faces. The manager was nowhere in sight. People waited to be seated, yet lots of tables were empty and clean. The hostess was also a cashier and waitress. Lousy place.
The food is great but overpriced and there is a constant turn over of waitresses. The style of the dinner is that of old time America. Me and my wife use to go there all the time but the prices kept going up and we could no longer afford it.
