Stop by as I was traveling through Texas. I must say won't be returning back. I was told there was a 20 minute wait which turned out to be one hour. After the hour I was escorted to my table where I sat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally I was able to flag down a waitress who was kind enough to take my order... such a shame for Bruce Dean and Bob Manley
over charged worst place ever lit in every sense could not eat the pancakes they literally crumbled into dust and I didn't w to complain it was like f-you I don't even care any just let me fkin leave.

Everyone was working in SLOW motion. The host took 10 minutes to clean our table. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food for a party of five. When the food came out, they pieced it out. The four of us were almost done eating before the last person received his WAFFLE. Didn't know it was so complex making a waffle. The manager was no where to be found. I definitely will not be back! Such a shame as the location In Colorado Springs was sooo good.

Most of the time I love this place. Today it was awful. Turkey club was dry n missing bread parts. The service was bad. Think I'll wait awhile before going back. This was my 4 times a month. Not anymore.
