If you have ever been to a Black Bear Diner in California this isn't even close. The food wasn't even close. This was the 3rd and last time I go to the one in El Paso. First two times was for breakfast and I was disappointed with the food as well as the service. The third time was for dinner and let's just say Dennys was started to look and taste like a 4 star restaurant. The ambience is a hole in the wall gas station. As per a friends idea we decided to eat here, the wait to get seated and the wait to get served was very long, I believe the team needs a lot more training. There is no Flow in the system on running this restaurant. Very bad

I've heard good things about this place, but they obviously don't care about putting out a quality product. I ordered pancakes to go, and this was the pancake on the bottom... burned beyond belief!

Well, we thought we would give this place a chance for breakfast after we walked out from a terrible dinner a few months ago. After waiting for our food for 45 minutes after ordering, mine came with the red potatoes that, compared to other diners, were not browned, and some of the potatoes were not cooked. I asked for hashbrowns instead and got a slimey mess that hadn't finished cooking. For my California Eggs Benedict, the eggs were not to order, avocado was not ripe, and English Muffin was not toasted. Then I complained an... read more

Stop by as I was traveling through Texas. I must say won't be returning back. I was told there was a 20 minute wait which turned out to be one hour. After the hour I was escorted to my table where I sat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally I was able to flag down a waitress who was kind enough to take my order... such a shame for Bruce Dean and Bob Manley
