We are long time BBD fans & have been thrilled to have one in Elk Grove, close to us. We've been there multiple times & have always found the greeters & servers to be friendly. The food has been great & we've ordered several different things from the menu. The service couldn't have been better!! Love this place!!

Ate dinner at Black Bear tonight first time visit had the Bob's Big Boy Burgers there were delicious and the service was excellent and everybody was really nice Steve is awesome waiter
We decided to have lunch between a busy day of heavy work at home. We both had the bacon cheeseburger salad. Over half way through the deliciousness that was mine, I bit down on a piece of ceramic. I was assisted immediately and our tab was completely comped, including a yummy hot lava cake. Good food and amazing customer service!! Great job!!
