Delicious! So many friendly faces, and happy guests eating yummy food! You can feel the happiness Good old fashioned family food!
The food was awful! The didn’t salmon, probably a good thing! I asked for tri tip, medium rare. It was way more cooked than that! Three small shrimp fried over done! The mashed potatoes were ok, hard to ruin that. It was really bad!

Found hair in my food and no manager said anything or came over, notified corp through their contact us link 3x and no response, the restaurant themselves won’t reply to fb messages so screw’em, I’ll make sure it goes on yelp and everything else 80+ to feed a family of 4 and I get hair in my sons food and no apologies from the place itself nor corporate ? Not a place I’d ever dine in again and it’s a shame cause we would go often too…. Family restaurant my butt…. They could careless.

All you can eat Fish! Some of the Fish Filets were under Cooked & the Hushpuppies were burnt and under Cooked!

no chicken,no steak,no soup,then a pc of meat,not resembleing a ribeye steak,showed up on a plate and served to me.No discount for the inconvenience.BLACK BEAR,you failed miserably on Mothers Day,even after the long Coviid wait to serve and seat people........DUE BETTER!!!!!
The server/manager named Alia was BEYOND rude. She showed she has no respect for veterans with PTSD. We tried to speak with her about a situation coming from another table that was triggering a guest's PTSD and she basically said she did not care and that is was something we just had to deal with, then changed the subject and walked away without another word. A person serves our country and that is how he is treated? There is no excuse for that kinda of treatment!!! She didnt offer to even move us. She is just RUDE.
I just ordered the classic eggs Benedict and avocado toast on DoorDash and was so disappointed. There was literally nothing on my eggs Benedict but the egg and sauce! The egg was so over cooked it was almost hard boiled and cold. The avocado toast looked so disgusting I couldn’t even bring myself to take a single bite. I’ve ordered the exact 2 items from the Redding location thru DoorDash and it was excellent, so it’s not chain wide it is your location. Do better!
