Went there this morning and it was packed! Thinking it was going to be a long wait. They got us in in 15 minutes. The waitress was very friendly and helpful! Our food was out fast and taste delicious! Overall our experience was outstanding and will be back.
This was my first visit ever to a Black Bear Diner. I decided to give it a try since it recently opened and I had heard so many good things about it. It was about 2 PM when I arrived. The diner was moderately busy. I was seated immediately and greeted by my very friendly server Erica, very shortly after being seated. She took my drink order and returned with it very quickly. This was my first time in a Black Bear Dinner, our waitress Misty took her time to talk to me about the menu and through all her recommendations i decided on the slow cooked pot roast with mashed potatoes, and it was delicious! I don't know if I'm not a fan of their coleslaw or if there was something off about it, I told Misty and she got me some French Fries instead. I really liked the music selection, and the decor is cute. Very clean!!!! Will be back for breakfast one day for sure : D
Thank you, Black Bear Elk Grove!! The food was great, however, the Host and wait staff were Awesome!! Can’t recall a friendlier restaurant to eat at. Kudos, for knowing how to earn repeat customers!!!
