Two of us had almost a $40 tab last night for food that neither of us enjoyed!! We both ordered the turkey dinner. It wasn't cold when it as served, but it certainly was not warm or hot. It might have been tepid at best and the cool draft rendered it cold very quickly. I ordered country gravy - the turkey gravy last time was somewhat off-putting. I think I got left over sausage gravy! It had bits of something in it! Our carrots were still hard. The dinner was listed with cranberry sauce - we neither one got any! I had tons o... read more
Tonight my family and I went in for dinner. I generally don’t write reviews, but after this visit we will not be back. Whoever was in the kitchen cooking you could hear him getting angry with whoever was expediting. She clearly said she wasn’t going to send out a plate and he proceeded to yell back at her, then slam stuff around in the kitchen for a solid 10 minutes. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for, and so unprofessional. Even more so when guests can hear EVERYTHING in the kitchen.
Our first time there.. Fathers Day dinner. Everyone had terrible food. It was cold, some was overcooked, flavorless and the kicker was, the pie was fake. Not coconut cream pie, it's basically vanilla pudding scooped on top of graham cracker crumbs, topped with whipped cream and a few flakes of coconut in a pie tin. So disappointing!!!!! P.S. the table space to person ratio is ridiculously small. Couldn't even cut my food comfortably. My daughter goes there often, but not this location in Fountain...she normally loves ... read more
the waiting once seated was terrible but everything else was fine
I do recommend this diner, and their food, BUT!!!!!!! I Ordered them on DoorDash and they only gave me half of my meal. I just feel like they did the bare minimum and slopped it together. Very unsatisfactory service if you’re ordering through a delivery app.
We normally love this place but today was ridiculous. My 6 year old ordered there strawberry French toast. Who ever does your pricing is amazing because they get five dollars for a piece of toast and 3 strawberries. At least it tastes good.
I never had a bad experience at the one on academy. the one in fountain was horrible. potatoes cold and old, biscuit was stale and hard, and the corned beef was greasy.
Corn beef hash not like home. Real shredded corn beef.
Got food poisoning. Been sick for 6 hours straight. Thanks
