sat and waited 20 minutes with 6 open tables, staff said they don't want to overload the kitchen? lmao! as I was leaving and told the receptionist my name, she claimed to have called me 4 times. I was no more then 15 ft. away the whole time. she also tried to say they have only been open since February so that's why their so slow. it's now going on December what's the problem? will never go back.

Went to Black Bear diner this morning, usually great, not today! Horrible!!! Waited over an hour for our food while watching families that came in after us come and go. Asked several times about our food, never did come. Talked to the manger and they did nothing! Got up and left! ☹️ so sad
I think the place is pricey and the food was not that good
