sat and waited 20 minutes with 6 open tables, staff said they don't want to overload the kitchen? lmao! as I was leaving and told the receptionist my name, she claimed to have called me 4 times. I was no more then 15 ft. away the whole time. she also tried to say they have only been open since February so that's why their so slow. it's now going on December what's the problem? will never go back.

This was the 3rd time I have been to this location and this time was not much better than the last time in July. We were sat in the room off to the right and were there for a while before a server from a different area looked over and asked if we had been helped yet. Went to Black Bear diner this morning, usually great, not today! Horrible!!! Waited over an hour for our food while watching families that came in after us come and go. Asked several times about our food, never did come. Talked to the manger and they did nothing! Got up and left! ☹️ so sad
I think the place is pricey and the food was not that good

Black bear diner is one of my favorite places to eat!! We normally go to the one on Academy and love it!! We were down in Fountain this morning (06/23/18), so we thought we would eat at Black Bear Diner in Fountain, since we love the one on Academy. Well it was the worse service we have ever had at Black Bear Diner. The first part was okay, we were told it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table. We were okay that is not bad.
