First time having bad experience here,ordered the tri tip steak and half rack ribs,mixed veggies.I was brought3 slices of a grey looking meat that looked like pot roast.waitress removed it off my plate said she would fix it.then I hear mgr.talking loudly.....saying I'm not replacing her meal because she doesn't like the taste charge her for the ribs.then came to my table being really rude to me.I asked for a box to leave.I had lost my appetite.mgr.said she would charge me for only ribs......I paid2.00 less than the total wit... read more
My family and I after a doctor visit decided to go and have breakfast. The service was horrible, waitress refuse to give us service. We waited almost a long hour waiting for somebody to help us, and they did because we ask another lady to take our order. The other waitress assign to our table never greet us, serve us or ask at least if we were ok. At the end she only give us the receipt and leave with no word. We saw her interacting with other customers except us.
Ordered a taco salad with extra sour cream. Brought out a gorgeous taco salad and two of the smallest containers of sour cream that I have ever seen. Either tone down the great salad or step up the sour cream! I understand portion control but they are losing $$$ in the long term! Excellent salad though!
This place is awesome ,food is great !!! Only thing is ... Bathrooms are very dirty and they smell they need to attend more frequently to them !

Our son had never been to "the bear place" and was very excited about his first trip. We looked at the menu online before going, and little guy decided he wanted the cinnamon apple french toast sticks. He was so excited that he told the hostess he was having it as she seated us! When the order came out, it was not how the menu described it at all - it was merely one slice of plain French toast cut in half (not in "sticks") with no cinnamon seasoning and a sliced apple. No cinnamon apple dipping sauce either - just warm syrup... read more

Service was good. I had chicken and waffle. The breading on the chicken breast came off. The flavor on the breading was good. The waffle was good. I would order the waffle again.
