Well we had a family of 4 there 12/23/18 and we all had something different. First was the black bear burger with bacon and there was no bacon on burger. Waitress went and got 2 strips of bacon on a plate and brought it back to me. The other item in question was chicken Parmesan and she was the last to get her food about 10 minutes after all of our food was brought out and her noodles for the chicken parm was cold! Arrived at 10:07, told 45 minute wait- we were seated at 11:16 and received food at table at 12: 36. Might try it again in 6 months once they’ve figured everything out. Decor nice, staff friendly, just too long to wait from breakfast

We thought it would be a great experience and food. Although the staff was very friendly, there was a lot that needed to be improved. There was three people in our party. We all ordered at the same time. One of the meals did not come out with the other two. My husband actually finished his complete meal before the third one arrived at the table.
