Love the food but the staff could use some more training on customer service. Jo who worked the checkin has zero personality, she's very intimidated and never smiled once during our 45 min. wait. She should not be the first person to greet you. She was very rude and not friendly what so ever. Other than her the rest of the staff was great!! We really liked Justin!! He's uplifting, very personable and fun to talk to.
Food was okay, kinda pricey for the portions. Our waitress went MIA and our food didn't come out all at once. We're sticking with Cracker Barrel.
