Loooong wait times, where everyone and their mama will be put in front of your party. Food comes out cold and subpar. Place is not very clean and the staff is typical Killeen folks. Overrated!
Came in to give it a try, customer service was dry didn't feel too friendly so we left.
Attempted to order an omelette for pick up on their website at 10 am on a Sunday. The website said that it was only available from midnight on Saturday to midnight on Sunday. This is an obvious error due to this being a breakfast establishment so I attempted to call the restaurant where I was greeted with a prerecorded message telling me to visit the website (which I know doesn't work) in order to place a pickup order.
Ate breakfast at this place when it first opened. Haven't given it a second chance. Perhaps their food has improved. I ordered like a French toast breakfast combo. My 12 year old could've prepared a better meal. It was very plain and unappetizing. I ate cause I was hungry and my friends were too. But nothing about that experience has made me want to go back. I hope things are on the up and up.
The food was horrible,they messed up my eggs ,ribs barley had any meat on them , potatoes weren't seasoned ,the places looked good ,the restrooms were clean ,the service was good , it was just the food was disgusting,I would never go back.
Horrible experience! When checking in was told that it would be a 25 minute wait, an hour later, I approached the host and questioned why others were being accommodated that showed up way after my party. Then had to ask for a waiter after sitting for 15 minutes, had to wait for another 20 minutes for our drinks and silverware. Food was mid, cold. Won't be returning. Definitely not worth the wait in my book.
Service was absolutely horrible, after being told the wait will be 20 minutes we ended up waiting 45 minutes because we were "skipped" then got seated outside and waited even longer for service to order food, food was okay mediocre breakfast food will not be returning at all.
Been sitting here for over a half an hour waiting for food to get to the table Had to wait for 10 minutes just to get a menu and coffee. Won't be coming back here again. Ridiculous!!!
We visited this place over the summer with our two teenagers (16). Loved the outside of the building and we were hoping we'd enjoy the meal. At first entry, it's not very cozy. More cafeteria looking than cozy bear cave that I expected. We sat at our table with our menu for about 8 minutes. Not one waitress came by to see us until I finally grabbed one.
