As a customer I was basically, the server..I'm so upset. Our server did the best she can and it wasn't her fault it was the managers fault for sitting us outside, knowing he wasn't supposed to but, because of that.. our customer service was not the best. Also the food was 10/10, but they forgot to put my friends order in.. and then once realizing that they finally out it in but we didn't get his food for about another 45 mins. Took 45 minutes for us to receive our food. We ordered a turkey club and a chicken wrap. The wrap had exactly 6 bites that actually had chicken in them. The rest was just lettuce and sauce. Our waiter was sweet, but never came back to check on us. Just overall not a great experience for the money.

Ambiance and theme is great. Folks working there was great. Perhaps they can spend a bit more time adding flavor to the food. The pictures look great and resemble the food, but it's the taste that's so ordinarily bland. Maybe they ran out of seasonings before we got there? I donno I wish I could have given it a 3 or higher as the folks working there was nice and friendly and provided great service. The place was clean but the restrooms.. well.. how many flushes does it take make water go down? 7? 10? Can't believe manage... read more

Ordered a beach bum with white chocolate and extra banana and a peanut buttercup with banana through their app. What I got was two hot messes, it was like the workers didn't care or even try to get close to what was ordered. Been a constant problem lately with this one. I would recommend not ordering here Update, went up and explained they messed up our order and told em what it was supposed to be. I failed to watch em and they still messed em up. Don't use the app or order from this store

They charged me five dollars for orange juice which costs more than coffee. The size of the cup of orange juice was smaller than a cup of water.

today, my grandparents and I came in to have lunch. After we walked in, we weren't greeted until about 10 minutes later as soon as we sat down, we weren't able to have our drinks for another 20 minutes then we proceeded to order our food and waited an entire hour for it to come out. The lady across from us had been sitting there for much longer than we had and her food came out wrong as well. once our food came out, my order was wrong and the manager and server had nothing else to say about it. someone was telling me black bear food was good . a lot of food, food was Luke warm. coffee was great. breakfast was not that great.i was very disappointed the atmosphere was not great. the worker did not seem very happy. it was very sad . the biscuit was big very dry .
