Ordered to go and they were out of country potato's and gravy for the biscuits. Rather than contacting me asking for what replacements would work they took it upon themselves to change up the entirety of my order. I didn't receive the biscuits and gravy or country potatoes at all

Visited this location on a Monday afternoon around 4:00 pm. We ordered a Parmesan burger and a Rueben sandwich. It took an exceptionally long time for our food to arrive. When the food arrived we were disappointed. The burger was cut in half and noticeably very very dry. It appeared as though this burger patty was cooked earlier in the day and had been sitting in a warming pan for a few hours. I gave it 7 months from my last visit to see if anything had changed and things did change, they got more expensive. They advertise STEAK and EGGS for $11.99 out front. For that, you get two SMALL eggs, a bunch of potatoes, and a palm-sized steak. The waitresses act like they are auditioning for a part in THE WALKING DEAD zombie series. I had to ask twice for a glass of water and then finally got up and went to the counter to ask for one. Don't waste your money people lol this food is mid. Wifey and I went here this morning for the first time this morning and we are both unimpressed with the breakfast. The food was super bland and pretty pricy. Our sever was ok didn't have a problem with her. Will not be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would... first of all, I'm a life long vegetarian, I choose to order a vegetarian version of the taco salad, thinking it would be safe. 10/10 DO NOT Recommend! I got extremely aggressive FOOD POISONING a few hours later and called to let them know, with no apology or anything. This place clearly does NOT follow safe food handling guidelines, as I have heard from other friends that they also got food poisoning on a separate occasion.

I will tell you, last night was my first time and last. If I could give a negative review I would. The service was not up to par and the food well.... They don't listen to the order. They need to write it down. Just horrible!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch - not very busy; but waited 50 minutes for our food. The sandwiches had been basic fare - nothing memorable. Our waitress only came over to our table after we asked other servers for something. Not impressed one bit. Two stars is being generous. Will not be back

Food is really bad, cheap diner experience. That slow cook pot roast looks and taste real real bad, Service started bad, waited a while but she came and save the day. Ambiance is completely empty and can't believe they take so long in the kitchen. Over all will NOT coming back here, maybe they had a bad day being 4th of July but that slow cook pork needs to be out of menu. Boil vegetales with pork on top and BBQ Sauce just nasty, kitchen cook should be let go, cause he can kill someone.

Awful. Not worth the line and packed parking lot. Food was seriously so subpar, we wished we had stayed home and cooked our own food because we would've enjoyed it more. Service takes forever, by the time we ate and we're SO ready to leave, we had to wait another 15 minutes to check out because of the disorganized chaos. Severely disappointed as a lover of "diners." Spent $55 not including tip for a plate of pancakes and a plate of eggs and toast.
