Today was my third time coming in and omg. ‍ I was trying to place a to-go order over the phone and that was a bust so I went into the restaurant. I tried again to place the order to-go again a bust. So, I said I'll just eat here. The server Cheyenne comes over and I ordered orange juice and a cup of ice. She brings the juice but no ice, so I asked again for the ice. We have frequently done takeout and past times we were missing items. We thought maybe they were busy so we didn't complain. Tonight the taco shell was burnt, my wife's baked potato was hard. They forgot the salad that was included with meal This was not the first time for missing items. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Ambiance: the owner should know about the methane spewing out of the ladies room. How sanitary/healthy is that? 1 for Ambiance.

After being there 6 time only 2 time was the service and food came out right. Even after the company gave me a free meal still came out wrong. The staff and worker. Just there for a pay check. But the Houston location is excellent. Must be the ppl In Killeen ft hood n Harker Height

I hardly write reviews but when the service is so bad and completely rude,I need to. My experience yesterday was the first I have ever encountered in the restaurants industry. I have traveled throughout U.S. and have eaten in a lot of them, never has a waitress stared me down with such contempt and meanness, like the old saying said, if looks could kill I would have been stone cold dead today. Overall, eating here made me feel like I'd have wanted to come after a night of drinking. The food isn't disgusting but it's definitely subpar. It's cheap too. You get what you pay for though. Some of the servers are fantastic and others need more training.

We came in here around April with our granddaughter. We were seated immediately but had to wait for our food awhile. At first, the waitress told us that we was able to get catfish buffet and steak slightly early before 4 (we came in at 3pm) so we waited for 30/40 mins before we would order that but then was told we will have to wait till after 4 pm to do that and we did it anyway with abit of disappointment. We had a bad dining experience when this diner first opened with the service , wait time after we were seated and not getting the orders right and cold food. We made the mistake of trying it again 2 months later. Everything we tried to order, they were out of. The server said I am so embarrassed, we are out of ALOT of things. We settled for a bowl of chili ,a bisquit (because they were out of cornbread) and a salad. We will not be going again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
